Sub:- Trouble on Nokia Mobile Handset

I am to inform you that I have a mobile handset of nOKIA
MODEL NO. "NOKIA C5-00". The only display glass of the same was
broken on 29-09-11 and I attend the 'NOKIA CARE' at MANGALDAI
(the name of the firm is GSM Solution, Karimchowk, L.N.B. Road,
Mangaldai, Darrang, Assam) for changing the damage glass on
30-09-11
According they have changed the glass, but they have not
handed over me the handset. After 2 houers back they have inform
me that they have done a mistake by connecting flash or something
which resulted unable to powers on the set. They have tried for a
long time, but failed.

I am not at all satisfied upon the NOKIA CARE, mangaldai,
that they have created problem on my good working nokia handset
and umless making good of the set and troubled the customer. So,
I request you to investigate the matter and take proper action
on the brance and make neccessary arrangement in returning me
the handset after making it good at an early date.
