My entire family is using Nokia mobiles and I used to recommend it. But from last 20 days I am suffering from unnecessary tension which given by Nokia care people. We have N73 handset purchased last year and just completed 1 year. 20 days back it was not strated due to some problem in switch on button. It was working properly as battery charging status showing also some white screen used to display whn we tried to switch on. So we shown to Nokia care, Shankarsheth Road Pune. They took the phone and don't know what happened now its not on that condition whatever we have given for repair also they are not giving its proper status or what exact problem in it.
After 20 days, also same status and the boys over there are talking very rudely as that was our mistake. I have strong doubt as they have done something wrong with my mobile and now returning it, just like status as throw to dustbin.
Its N73 costly mobile and we purchase very recently.
I hope this complaint will be registered and we will get our mobile in proper status.
Almost all people coming over there are complaining about the service. If they don't have proper caring center and resources then what is the use of it, why they r giving trouble to customer. If they are unable to answer simple question as what happen to my mobile then no use to going to Nokia care center right...
Hope, I will get my mobile in proper status.
