Dear Sir,
I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 5130c-2, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 359371/03/735339/0, PRODUCT CODE – 0591479, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- RM-495) on 13.02.2010 from Mobilewala Shop (Raj mahel Road), Vadodara, Gujarat.
From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden hanging. For my official work I have to contact number of people, where mobile is an absolute necessity to keep a track with the people and also with office. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected. And I also found same problem with number of customer having same model. I really tired up with this problem.
Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.
I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.
In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.
