I had purchased Nokia E-52 handset from M/s Selection, Bharuch on 22.08.2010.
The camera and bluetooth device were not working, hence it was given for necessary repairs under warranty to M/s Selection. In turn the phone were given to Nokia care vide
job sheet No 841504867/110315/35 dated 15.03.2011. The phone was given to Nokia care by dealer M/s Selection. But the service job sheet states that phone is not under warranty. Cash memo were given along with the instruments, but job sheet declares no proof of purchase submitted. The phone was delivered to Nokia Care by dealer. But the job sheet declares that it was delivered by end customer.
On 26 th March the phone was returned back vide service job sheet No841504867/110316/20 dated 16.03.2011. We were asked to pay Rs 500.00 and for that no printed bill or memo were issued. The customer name also changed to Jigneshbhai of M/s Selection Mobiles
It was told that NOKIA warranty does not include the above items.
We feel it is clear cheating made by company's authorized service center. Does NOKIA would like to check and control their customer care/service centres.
