I had bought a Nokia E-5 in January. It malfunctioned within a month and i lost all my data and contacts. The phone was replaced with a new one. Worked well for a month and then it too malfunctioned. Nokia care replaced it again with a new one. Same story again..it worked well for a month and now it is giving functional issues. I have been using a new handset almost every month after the purchase. Nokia has given me bad quality handsets thrice in a row. I asked for a refund at Nokia care as this phone has been more of a liability to me than of any good use, but they refused. I regret my choice to purchase a nokia product and I am sure I would never again buy or suggest someone to buy a nokia product. I would like to get a refund from Nokia for the handset so that I can buy something useful.
