I have bought Nokia E5 before 4.5 months, which is now not working due to faulty battery. I am suffering since last 5 days and not getting any solution. Nokia Care at Dandia Bazar says that Battery no. should be written on bill, which is not written on bill. Further when I contacted Planet M (from where I bought this mobile), they say it is not required.
This is quite frustartating and I m feel, I should have not bought Nokia handset.
