Charger Was not working

Respected Sir,

My name is vimal .i owned a new Nokia E63 Black.i purchase that phone 6-7 tuesday.at nokia priority shop penta menaka, Eranakulam.the complaint was the charger of the phone is not working when im try to charging the phone i contact the shop they said that the charger will send back to the shop. But u knw i have no leve here to my office to go Eranakulam. plz immediately solve my problem
