Nokia E63
Nokia maps not working

This is to inform u that i purchased nokia e63 few days back . i tried to open the nokia maps but it doesnot work.i consulted the store from which i purchased the set abt it.they asked me to dwnld the nokia map loader and dwnld the maps but still noyhinf is working.also nokia maps are available for large category of phones accepr e63 on nokia website .so please help.
