COMPLAINTS ON NOKIA CARE CENTRE

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one Nokia E63 IMEI No- 356939038674874 from a Nokia store named "Connecting People" of Lakhtakia, Guwahati (Assam) vide Invoice No - GST/18610039628 on 04/03.by Rs 9150/-

It was giving a problem (pressing contact button does not showing contact details) on 15th July for which I have submitted my mobile to my nearest NOKIA CARE CENTRE named "PARAMOUNT SERVICE", Indu Bhawan, M.G. Road, Jorhat-785001 on 22nd July. They updated the software to my nokia handset and the problem was solved.

Again I have seen another problem of battery back up that my Nokia is giving only 4 hrs 56 mins of talk time GSM instead of 11 hrs as company says about it. Again I have brought it to the same Nokia Care "PARAMOUNT SERVICE" yesterday. They told me that they have to check it, for which i have to submit it with the battery for 2-3 days to them.

But when the Executive/Technician "Bidisha" Checking my Nokia E63 she broke one of the IC of the motherboard. She did not know the proper process of opening the parts. She was fighting for opening the white plate above the motherboard containing the LCD display for 5 minutes in front of me and two of her colleague sitting near by her too. She was using the spanner near the IC for lifting the white plate.

She was not properly trained for it. She does not know the locks for opening it. When she fails she goes inside the Care with my mobile to another technician and bring the mobile back opening that plate. After few while one another technician "Trishna Das" comes to her and show me that one IC is broken. She told me that for that reason she canceled the warranty of my mobile and sign on the motherboard. When I asked how can it be broken, as I have not given it to anybody else. They reversely arguing me that it has some defects thats why i m approaching them. and the defect is the broken IC.

I have talked to the Senior named "Rajib Borah" And told the matter. The IC may be broken due to Bidisha's mishandling. Or When She bring it to the other technician inside the room she might broke it, HOW CAN I KNOW? But they did not agree to accept it. At first She was fighting to open the plate. and then she spoke every process how to open it as How can she can make that mistake.

Lastly, Rajib told me that he cannot decide anything. If i have any complaints against the technician I have to approach Nokia as the technician was appointed through Nokia. He give me one no 011-30303838. and ask to call to it.

Sir, How can the ver very small IC in the motherboard be broken if it is not physically tempered by any body. As I have not given my Nokia to any other Service Centre, it must be broken by them.

And how can I believe that the technician is not tempering my mobile when she bring it to inside the care in open state.

Sir, i am very very helpless about this and could not decide what to do. I want right justification.

For Nokia Care default why I have to suffer?
