I have purchased E63 mobile on 25/06.
My front panel (A cover) has been damaged. I have been visitng nokia care since last 3 months for replacement of front panel. Every time when i visit nokia care, I got a standard answer ' there is no stock. pls visit in 15 days again. We will order'. So far i have visited 5 6 times and contacted over phone so many times. They come up with a same old answer. Finally i fed up with the kind of service they are providing. I asked for the complaint book in nokia care in kavuri hills, madhapur, hyderabad. They replied in such a pathetic way that there is nothing called complaint book.
Pls resolve the issue and make arrangements to not to trouble customers anymore.
