I had purchased a Nokia E71, few months back paying 20k, only to undergo an harrowing experience from the first week of the purchase... owing to a malfunction in key pads ..one entire row of keys didnt function and had this rectified in Nokia care ..only to realise that they had done a shabby job..as it recurred within days.. its been 4 times it has been repaired but no respite..to top it all they have the most pathetic service staff who lie on your face.. please stay from Nokia ..my biggest disappointment - Panneerselvam
