I am Shantanu Sharma, premium customer of Nokia India from last 05 years.
I never had any problem with the Nokia phones (except hanging problem) so this time I purchased my 7th Nokia phone from its professional series.

This mail is to inform you about the pathetic service of Nokia care Ghaziabad centre.
Since day one, I am facing below mentioned problems:
1. SMS send/receive and the delivery report timings are not accurate. Live demo showed to the front desk executive.
2. E-mails send/receive time is not correct, which is hampering my official communications.
3. Network problem with this set. Hardly receive 1-2 bars of network or sometimes shows the message as “Only emergency calls can be made”
4. Space key doesn’t work so many times while drafting email or message, every time we need to switch it off n then switch on.
To rectify this problem I visited the Ghaziabad centre where they upgraded the software of my phone without taking the back-up for contacts/messages and post that when I reached home and checked my phone it still had the same problem.
Next day, again I visited the Ghaziabad center and talked to the manager Ms. Monika and the owner of Nokia care. She accepted the problem and said that this problem is with maximum handsets of E series so you need not to worry and gave me this conformation that they will swap this phone with a new one.

After 7-8 days of that I received the call from Alka (Front desk executive) that “Sir we have received your new handset from head office, please come and collect the same”. When I visited the office the phone given to me was not the new one and also it got scratches on the camera lens.

They have mentioned this new IMEI also on my original bill.
When I checked this handset there only, the same problem is with this new set as well. I showed this to Mayank (Engineer) and to Monika.
They both agreed that problem is not rectified and again confirmed me that we will be resending this set to head office and again will be swapped. She (Monika) is showing as she is completely helpless in this case and wants 3-4 more days and she is unable to get in touch with her seniors in the headoffice.
Today is 18th May I called up the call centre and logged a complaint with # 1-10997273632. Hope something can be done in customer’s favor.
Either refund my complete money i.e. INR 19500 or swap it with a box pack new E-72 (ofcourse without such problems) or provide me a new handset of the higher range probably N-97 would do.
Would request you to please look into this case sincerely and revert with the end resolution.
