Espected sir, i bought my nokia e7 smart phone on 28 -03 .it is worth rs. 28500 which is not small sum of money. but within 4 months of using the phone it is not working. i took the phone to nokia customer care servvice at raipur chhattisgarh situated at lal ganga shopping mall they said that the hardware is damaged so the phone will be sent to head office delhi for repair. its a disgusting experiance to buy a nokia product really. the warranty period of 1 year . i request the head office of nokia to please mend my e7 phone. the e7 has been launched in india in march & within just 4 months of its use it is not working this is pathetic. manufacturing of such bad quality costly smart phones will ruin nokia's bussiness as i will not remain quiet. i want everyone to know that and i will spread that people should abandon buying nokia phones. i will never BUY A NOKIA PRODUCT EVER. I FEEL CHEATED AS A CUSTOMER.
