Not repairing nokia mobile which is is gurantee

With due respect, I beg to say that NOKIA CARE MUZAFFARPUR is not repairing my mobile which is in gurantee period. My nokia X6 Mobile has following problems

1.power button not working properly

2.facia problem

3.dust enters inside the screen

So I request you to take quick action against NOKIA CARE MUZAFFARPUR (BIHAR)
