Dear sir,
I purchsed a nokia c2 mobile set on 13-03, while playing games the display is gone when i am swithing my mobile on there is a white light in the screen but no text appears, when i took it to GSM COMMUNICATION 104-105 HANS PLAZA 11 AMBEDNAGAR ROAD GHAZIABAD, i was treated badly by Ishita, umesh gaur these two started fighting and demanded 970 rupees for repair although my set is in warranty, after fighting a lot and lot of arguments and by support of some customers there i got a job sheet from them where they wrote that due to moisture warranty is void in my set and it is return without repair, initially they refused to give the error in writing because of some hidden intention.
as per the dealer from which the mobile is purchased, the symptoms shows that the display is not there but it is not because of moisture.
I am insulted and cheated by Nokia and GSM communication, please please take a strong action them so that they should know how to speak to customer. I have all the proof with me
