Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that, on 28th of June we have purchased 2 NOKIA - E 63 mobile for official use, by using Idea GPRS Internet connection. But while we are browsing or downloading any application / songs it will automatically switched off and again restarting. 2 times we given to Authorized Nokia Service center at Udupi (Balaji Telecom) but no response. Because they saying this is Idea GPRS Connection problem. I don't know how to go ahead with this.
For your information details given bellow:
• While we are downloading any songs with above 8 to 9MB, we can download nearly 5MB to 6MB size successfully but after that it will automatically switched off and again automatically mobile will restart.
• If i use the same connection to my PC through by using PC suit connection the same problem will repeat. (But in PC we can browse only 2MB to 3MB)
• And in mobile - Our official mail with the attachment of more than 6MB also I can't open.
• And please confirm us whether it is from GPRS Connection problem or NOKIA handset. We already informed to Idea GPRS department and they saying that it's not Sim problem.
Note: We have many times informed and discussed about this with the NOKIA concerned persons at our end, but till now no one informed to us what is the exact reason for this. So please advice and help us on this. And kindly take this matter on priority and do the needful at the earliest.
