Dear Sir,
Recently i purchased a new Nokia X6 handset with 16GB.. the next day onwards the set starts showing complaints. my handsets problem is the speakers are not working good.. when i increase the volume the sound will disturbing. i purchased this phone rs15800. Next day i go to the shop and said my complaint.. they will replaced my phone, unfortunately the same problem happens in that set also.. then the shop owner says that' sir we have a another shop in Cochin we will give you another handset from there'. so i wait for 2days i got my new mobile yesterday, unfortunately that handset also showing this problem.. why this happening.. Nokia must give the value for his customers because they are ready to buy the Nokia mobile with high price lie 15800 i paid..
I prefer music and camera thats why i take Nokia but now i realy disappointed. my friends also know the problem of my phone.. they also ask me why Nokia have no responsibility. So my opinion is that Nokia will recall all the X6 handset and replace the speakers with in a short time. because this is not a problem of customers. they are paid the money, and they dont want waiting.. if any one see the mail. please forward this complaint who are responsible for this. otherwise i think the the brand image will decrees. i noticed that once time when a battery issue happens Nokia recalled and replace the batteries.. so i hope that Nokia will recall and replace the speakers...
