I, BHARAT SURANA, want to lodge a complain against the NOKIA, INDIA.

I HAve gone to Nokia Service Centre Girish Park, Kolkata. I have been using Nokia 2700 Classic for last seven months. I have been continuously facing a problem related to the screen of my handset since last three months. This problem has been reported several times but no relevant action is being taken. They just say it is a unique problem but are not solving my grievance. I have already reported this problem 6 to 7 times but I did not receive a proper feedback. This was also reported to the headoffice in Delhi. Still I did not get any response to my problem,

So I would rather prefer to surrender the handset and ask nokia to better recycle it because that is the last thing that can be done with it.
