I purchased a nokia lumia 710 on the 7th january from spice retail . from the very first day the phone had a problem i went to the retailer with the problem to the retailer the very next day and they gave me a new nokia lumia 710 in exchange of the former one. the second lumia 710 had the same problem . despite of visiting spiece again and again with the problem and giving the phone on repair to the nokia care THRICE my problem is still the same i.e it STILL has the same problem.when i have paid my money in full then why am i supposed to suffer. i want justice and want a stern action to be taken against the retailer as well as against the nokia. please help me find a solution and help me fight against such injustice.
