I was purchesed Nokia Lumia 800 on 28 dec at Nokia priority Dealer I got battery backup problem, i1st day i charged it full at 3:00 pm i not used any function or any call but after 4hour it showing charge it.(i was using lumia 800 with lather case which nokia given with mobile) I was charged Next day i used 3g network every 2-3 hour wants charging, i do this for next three days and finely go to NPD they told give it for Nokia Care on 2 jandeposit my lumia 800 and toled whats the problem. Not given jobsheet just filled ELC form gave me 12 jan nokia care told not any problem and giving me back it but i shocked when saw the lumia 800 condition hanset has many scratches over the body which polycorbonet and on the top front side display side corner clearly showing they opened my lumia 800 so i not take back it and emailed to nokia customer care Nokia custumer suggest to deposit at nokia care which i was not taken Nokia care told come back after 15 day and they give me ELC form with imei number During this 15 days i emailed to nokia customer care whats the problem but customer care cant see battery backup problem and scratches over the body they replyed your lumia is repaired and collect it 27 jan in nokia care center i see nothing is changed lumia and looking like a 6 monthes old but i used it 4 days in lather case whitout any scratches Nokia care used roughly and dameged Now tell what i do Can i take return looking 6month old which i was used only 4days One month waste and my money and lumia used any other Waste of time Do not want go to nokia care again
Now i choosed SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE which is better than nokia lumia 800...
