Nokia mobile 3315
SIM registration fail

I have nokia mobile 3315. I get error message "SIM registration fail" in my mobile. I have inserted BSNL sim card. But if i insert any other sim card (from vodafone) then also i am getting same error. This problem loose connectivity and i can't use mobile. Please suggest me any solution...
