Cheating by Sameer nokia care, Bhopal

Mobile hand set modle 5130-c serial no.351521049103138 was dead condition in warrenty given to Sameer nokia care, bhopal for repairing they told me it takes 8-10 days but after 7 days I call then they told me that your hand set is temperd so it is not repaired in warrenty they also not give any report of main nokia care center where they send my hand set. It not clear me that how hand set is tempered. They never do any call for reparing condition.

Iam in doubt that they actually send it to head office of Nokia care if they send it then where is the report. And how they analyse that it is tempered it s not cleare me.
