Idea expects a payment of the mobile bills without giving a actual hard copy of the bill.
I am continously been harrased by just not sending the bills to the proper address and mail id's though being a corporate connection.
I havent recived the bill for last 1.6 years.
I am been charged with late charges every month.
I want all my late charges to be refunded.

ABOUT REVERSAL OF ALL THE LATE CHARGES TILL DATE... I WAS UNAWARE THAT I
WAS LEIVED WITH LATE CHARGES TILL DATE BECAUSE I HAVENT SEEN THE BILL FOR
ALMOST MORE THAN A YEAR NOW... AS I DIDNT RECIEVED IT TO MY
ADDRESS... THAN IF I DONT GET THE BILL WHY SHOULD I PAY THE LATE
CHARGES... I USUALLY COME TO KNOW WHEN THE BILL DATE IS LAPSED... IT IS
NOT MY PROBLEM YOU ARE NOT SENDING ME BILL... I WAS BLINDLY PAYING THE
BILL WITH LATE CHARGES...
I HOPE THIS IS SIMPLE FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND... I WANT ALL THE REVERSAL OF
LATE CHARGES FOR THE LAST YEAR AS I HAVENT RECIEVED THE BILL...
