I HAVE PURCHASED NEW NOKIA MOBILE C2-03 ON 24TH OCT.2011 WITH A WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR, UNFORTUNATELY THE MOBILE PHONE BECAME VERY ERRATIC, THE TOUCH SCREEN PAD HAS BECOME VERY FAULTY, WHEN I VISITED THE NOKIA CARE CENTRE, I WAS TOLD THE TOUCH SCREEN PAD IS FAULTY AND WE WILL HAVE TO REPLACE IT AND IT IS NOT AVAILABLE AND PROBABLY WILL TAKE MINIMUM 15 DAYS, THEY OFFERED ME A BASIC MOBILE AS A STANDBY UNFORTUNATELY THE INSTRUMENT THEY OFFERED WAS SO BAD HAVING RUBBER BANDS AROUND THE INSTRUMENT, AND THE LANGUAGE WAS VERY ROUGH BY THE SERVICE PERSONAL.
I WONDER WHY IT SHOULD TAKE THAT MUCH TIME, AS A MEDICAL DOCTOR IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO MANAGE WITHOUT MOBILE, AS MY MEDICAL FACULTY IS EMERGENCY ALL THE TIME.
