Faliure to repair my mobile within gaurantee period

I have a Nokia 7310 handset, bought on 7th of February. It started showing keypad problems from the early months of July. Then from the month of December my handset had numerous trips to the Nokia Care, but they were not really able to repair my mobile well. It was having the same problem at an interval of 2 days after getting repaired. But still my keypad problem exists.

In view of above, I request you to take note of my online complain and look into the following:

1) My guarantee period is valid till 6th of February therefore, I have the right to get it repaired without any cost within a period of 1 year from date of purchase.

That condition is being violated by the Company.

2) If they fail to repair my handset, the same should be replaced by a handset of equal value.
