Fault mobile set sold at new box

I bought a mobile on january 6th from mobile store and within 2 days the mobile software went wrong.when i reached to them they are not ready to take any responsibility.

i bought this mobile from Mobile store, thiruvanmiyur, singapore shoppe signal chennai -41 with the total amount price with no discount. They didnt provided me the bussiness registration number when i asked for complaining in consumer forum.
