My Nokia mobile model No C5 - 05 with EMIE no. 358300040149413 purchased
on dated 26/01 in Noida (U.P.). But the touch penal stop working on
2/02 so i submit my handset at Customer care center in sector 2 Noida
for rectification. They change the touch penal of the set and revet back
to me on 24/02. but on 27/05 touch penal functioning problem
starts with new problem that sometime the touch penal didn't works and
some time it works properly. After that I submit my handset as per your
mail. Your customer care said that one of the component is broken so it is
not in the warranty. so I have paid Rs. 2250/- for the repair of the
mobile. It means that nokia is not responsible for any fault occurs in the
mobile. These all details send to you as you have send me the mail after
that you have given the information that you will give the answer with in
48 hours but now it is 8 days passed (432 Hrs.) but no response.
