Nokia mobile phone C3
Not provided with complete service

I just bought a nokia mobile handset from venkateshwara distributors pvt.ltd [deep market ashok vihar phase 1 delhi 52] and there is a 6 months free airtel internet service free with this handset.i was not provided with this service.when i complained the matter to the dealer he told me that the service was activated on the sim card which was just used to check the operation of the phone.the service was to be activated on the behalf of the dealer which was not provided to me.please help me to get my value for money
