Dear Sir/Mam,
I had purchased my Nokia N97 Mini from Nokia Priority Dealer at Darya Ganj New Delhi of Rs 18, 200/- on 11.08.2010. Starting from day one I had been facing so much problem in ear piece, so I submitted my phone to Nokia Care Center first time on 20.08.2010. But my problem was not resolved and they people had created extra problems to it along with my existing ones, so I resubmitted my N97 Mini again and again for 6 times. From 20th Aug. It was with Nokia Care. I got my phone only for 1 day or 2 days and after that I had to submit it to Nokia Care. They have damaged the body & keypad of the phone with scratches on the metal frame.

Every time they kept my phone for more than 12 days. Today they returned my phone but it was not ok. They had damaged the body, keypad, scratches on outer frame. Then I resubmitted it to them. I had visited Nokia Care Center for more than 20 times with the same problem. Now I need a "REPLACEMENT OF MY PHONE WITH A NEW NOKIA N97 MINI PHONE". I request you to kindly take necessary steps in this matter.
