My Name Is Thirumalai & Have Bought One 2700C Nokia Mobile hanset
02.04. Recently 05.10. My Phone Had A Problem That While Connecting My Headset The Phone Will Get Restart, Then is Go to one Nokia Authorized Service Named R.S.Communication Near By Histyle, Annanagar, They said THat this Problem will not Covered Under Warranty Beause of Salt formation inside the Board,
They Service the Mobile in Premium Service, i have paid 300 Rs, With in two days I met another Problem that My ringer Is Not working, When i take it to service center they said that it is Statics Problem it cannot be serviced, then i gone to Rocky Agencies, Royapettah (job sheet no :101012/8) they taken for Service, After One Day They Said That the Board is Tampered and Cannot Be Repparable, but they Renewed My Warranty for One more Year, by paying 140 rs,
iam Having Two Years Warranty But they are Not Servicing my mobile under warranty, & the r not Giving Proper Responce to me, iam so unhappy about Nokia & Nokia i need My Phone to be Serviced or, I need Replacement or Refund my money, Please Help me /My IMEI No Is (351517040108431)
