I bought a Nokia 6303c ESN/IMEI: 356036035402878 in 2009 and extended its warranty till 2011. But it never worked satisfactorily. Everytime there was a software crash problem and I had to go to Nokia Care Agra Unit at least twice a week from past 2 years (Past records can be checked).
Now when the same problem rose in Patna, I submitted it in the Nokia Care Unit, Patna (Competent Care) on 10th Aug. 2011 and the solution was done on 18 Aug. 2011 by replacing the handset with Nokia 6303i ESN/IMEI: 357394049937846.
But it is awkward to replace 6303c with 6303i! The features are not same and I am facing a lot of problems due to that. I sent an email on 18 aug. 2011 to [email protected] and [email protected] but they are not at all doing anything in this regard. I have got a reply yesterday only saying to contact the same Nokia Cara Unit but they are saying that the Company will do some action.
None of them is taking the responsibility why my mobile handset has been swapped with another. None of them is considering my problems. My warranty is going to expire on 30th of Aug. 2011 and after that the company will not care at all if it is not doing anything in warranty period.
I request you to take some action in this regard so that I can get my handset Nokia 6303c not 6303i.
