Battery, sliding, charge

I have purchased nokia x3 before 4 days from the shop "cell.com". The phone is having sliding problem, charger stopped working after 2 days and after full charging the battery, battery don't even last for a day and my phone usage is very low.

please get back to me to the earliest or give me your address in ahmedabad so i can lodge a complaint physically also,
