Nokia n 1650
Not working properly

I am using n 1650 alternatively as my new phone has some problem. The problem with my N 1650 is that i am not able to get the ringing tone when a particular number calls. I am not even getting messages from that particular number. When that number calls me the screen flashes but there is no ringing tone. A cross sign flashes on the upper left side of the phone and a trash bin appears on the right side. I can take the call. I can talk to that person. But the problem is there is no ringing tone so unless the phone is in my hand i cannot know that the particular caller is calling. I have checked all the settings. There is no problem with the settings. I don't understand what is happening. I get the ringing tone from all the other users except from one particular user. Please help me as soon as possible
