I had purchased one Nokia N-72 (having gold lining frame) vide retail invoice no.1528 for Rs.7649 (Seven thousands six hundreds forty nine only) having IMEI NO.353089029232762, battery sn. 0670-7744, charger s/n 3943-75605, memory card s/n 0632643.2.1 512 MB MMC.

MY this N-72 cell installed with BSNL mobile no.94357-33346 has also been possessing GPRS connection through which I could never open my email account on aforesaid N-72 mobile, which as per M/S Prime Associates (seller) is capable to support NET operations but BSNL fuctionaries told that this N-72 set does not possess the support system for operating internet Besides its battery even after charging in full does not last even for one day which is contrary to the assurance commanded by NOKIA make. It also right from the beginning starts very slowly hangs for long and shows memory full even by storing datas far below its capacity most of the time thereby creating hindrances in communication.
3. Since its purchase to till date for correction of defects I approached M/S Prime Associates many times but nothing was done to correct my mobile except kept me assured till 31.07.2009 that it will be done, and after july surprisingly I was advised that I should purchase some other mobile set by disposing this set.
4. This kind of behaviour by NOKIA dealer has belied and shattered my faith which NOKIA has been commanding prior to this episode as per my belief. I request you to do the needful rectification / replacement suitably immediately.
