This is mohit jain and a very old user of Nokia phones. I never in my life have tried any phone other than Nokia. The really respected the Brand until my N72 new handset got screwed up.
My handset does not get switched on around November and i gave it to Nokia care. The cell got repaired and they charged me around 750 bucks which i happily paid. I have been told that there was some Moisture problem and Hence the problem.
I was happy that atleast the cell is again in working condition. I then protected the cell than from moisture, heat, sunlight :) or blah blah they say might cause the problem.
After 2-3 month again my mobile started showing some problems and i gain have to submit it to the nokia care. The nokia care people this time told that there is some software update required and asked me to pay 350 bucks, which i did.
My Irritation increased when even after that servicing, the problem does not end. Later i have been told that its a hardware issue and the cell might go dead.
When finally i went it to take after few days to my surprise the cell was DEAD and its now just a piece to be thrown in garbage. I requested the branch manager to make it in aleast working condition and he said they will try and will take 2-3 days.
A week passed and those people dont even bother to call back. When i called them and asked about the status i have been told they will call back. The call did not came and i am really pissed of by there service now.
The Most Trusted brand cannot REPAIR there own CELL and the service and response is so pathetic that at times u feel like breaking your head against the wall.
I might have lost my cell but let me tell NOKIA you have lost my trust upon your brand.
Its not you have lost your one customer, You have LOST 100's who are my close FRIENDS, You have lost 1000's of my OFFICE colleagues and lAKH's of people with whom i collaborate on Internet.
