Replacement of my mobile phone

Dear Sir,
I baught a Nokia mobile N-73 music addition dated on 28/08/08.From start it has a problem of auto switch off but it happens only 1 or 2 times within 2 oor 3 weeks. Initially I thaught it is a normal problem due to virous but on august it became serious problem. I submit my mobile phone to costumer care on 21/aug. They give my mobile phone back after one day. It worked good for 1 day but after that it created same problem.
Again I gave my mobile to costumer care. They gave my mobile after 1-month but now it was not accepting any SIM card. They said to me that now u will get new mobile phone. But till today I did not get my mobile phone back.
Please take any action against NOKIA care center as soon as possible.
