Stolen mobile phone

I have lost my mobile phone nokia N 79, having IMEI no. 356044031369497 on April 29. that is yesterday, while boarding on metro train at yamuna bank.the person who have stolen my cell phone is using my SIM CARD having no. 09540253403.

also calling my friends (female) at midnight from other numbers.

please help me out in finding my phone and SIM.
