Dear sir/madam
I recently purchased Nokia N8, IMEI:352684041279337. It was working fine for 15 days. But after that refused to start. As the Nokia people mentioned that was their fault because of assembly problem some customers faced this problem. So they said it can't be repaired but replaced anyhow. I gave it to a authorized nokia care. SLANS COMMUNICATION, here in tumkur.[job sheet Number : 101110/53] 10/nov, It was replaced by a new one on 22/nov. But they replaced it with a damaged one. That was again sent for replacement. That was replaced on 03/dec. This time they gave me an orange handset, originally i had a Black version of N8.
When i asked about that they say that NO STOCK for the black one. So what should i do now. I want N8 to be replaced by a black one. But they refuse that, or else they need lots of time as there is no stock. Please help me out giving a proper solution for this.
