This is to inform you; I had a very bad experience with the product (N8) along with
service provided by the company.
Earlier on 15-11 I had made the request for replacement of N8 Handset via my
letter (with enclosures).
I got the call from nokia care that my Handset will be swap with another one. The cell
was deposited to nokia care on 15-11 and got swapped one on 26-11 (new
EMI 352684041291118).
It was very disappointing that, swapped handset was not able to perform for 24 hrs. I
had rushed to Nokia Care Rajapark on 27-11 to get it Switched ON. I was told that
handset is not able to boot & again all contacts & other data saved by me on yesterday
will again get loss, and same will be sending to Gurgaon for further investigation &
service.
From 22Oct to till now I m not having the New mobile phone; It has been keep with the
customer care only (jaipur or Gurgaon).
This is the fifth time I had moved to Nokia Care.
What is the sense of handset which is not coming in use? I m mentally suffered due
to continuous problem with New phone which is not even a month old. This is causing
inconvenience in my routine work.
I have purchased new series of Nokia model N8 on 22-
Oct. EMEI: 352684043399513. Purchased from Nokia priority, Dealer
Patodia Talking Center, 63 Vishva Nagar, Opp Shiv Kunj Lawn, New Sanganer
Road, Sodala, Jaipur-302019. From the time of purchase of cell was there
problem in SIM Lock which I told. I was told to go to Nokia Care.
I contacted Twice Nokia Care at Sodala on 28 and 30-Oct-10 (New Sanganer
Road) my problem was resolved at that time.
On 09-Nov-10 my phone stopped working and become dead which I showed
to Nokia care Rajapark. Now again it is dead on 15-Nov-10 with same problem.
I want replacement of this cell, as I m mentally suffered due to continuous
problem with New phone which is not even a month old. This is causing
inconvenience in my routine work.
Please replace the instrument as soon as possible or Refund my money.
