No response from thecompany

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had bought Nokia N8 bearing IMEI number- 352684047699678 on 20th November from Samarth Lifestyle Retailing Pvt. Ltd. at Upper Ground Floor, F-19, West Gate Mall, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110024. However, unfortunately the phone stopped working after 3 days only for which I went back to Samarth Lifestyle. They sent me to Nokia Care at Benz India Pvt. Ltd. at C-126, Naraina Indus. Area Pn-I New Delhi. They collected my phone for repair with the job card number 101433527/101125/41 and promised me the target delivery within 2 days.

Since then there has been no positive reply from their side. It’s been 3weeks that I am suffering from this torture. Both Samarth Lifestyle and Nokia Care centre are making fool of me that my phone is coming today or tomorrow. They are sending me here and then to each other like a ‘shuttle cock’.

It’s been a great mental torture for me. Kindly make an early arrangement for my grievances otherwise I’m been compelled for RTI act and Consumer forum proceedings because I cannot tolerate this anymore.
