Subject: N-8 Nokia Hand set complaint
Dear Amit,
I had purchase N-8 Mobile from Croma stores pimpri on 1st of Jan11. (First day of Year)
I have observed following problem in the new hand set&
1) Mobile hang.
2) Rediff Email/Face Book not working.
3) Battery back up poor.
4) Head set keys not working.
5) Photo library not update.
As discussed with Nokia representative (At Croma) Mr. Toffic (Mob no-9158002487) I have show hand set to Nokia care at Nal stop, Pune on 8th Jan. They have kept Hand set for one day & reinstalled the software.
After two days I have observed same problem mentioned above, hence I have requested Mr. Toffic to check the Hand set after that he has again hand over to Nokia care at Nal stop. Again they have reinstalled the software.
Again on 15.01.11 I have observed same problem as Photo library not update mobile shows processing continuously & goes on hang.
I cannot play songs / Video’s. This time I have given Mobile in Croma stores pimpri & ask them to give me new Handset.
As per Croma Nokia Care saying that two weeks required for solution.
I have asked Mr. Alok (Mob no-9223500367) of Manager Croma Pimpri to give me all complaint nos. details. Which will be provided you shortly?
Kindly note my colleague in office asking me every day what happen to N-8mobile???...
I don’t have any answer to the same …………..
I need your help to get new N-8 Handset on immediate basis.
You are requested to call me on urgent basis.
