I am writing this complaint about Nokia since I am left with a merely functional Nokia N8 which was indirectly destroyed by Nokia each time a service was carried on it. I am ashamed that I had paid my hard earned money on this useless gadget which never did any good to me. The phone was defective from the first week of its purchase. The Nokia people took advantage of my less sound situation and put my phone for service within the first month instead of replacing my phone with a fully functional one. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the phone or the phone did not function as it should for at least a day. I wonder why a reputed brand like Nokia, would degrade itself by selling off a bull shit gadget like the N8 which is good for nothing at huge prices. I bought it looking at its specification at www.gsmarena.com but once I bought the N8 handset it changed all my good impression about Nokia. The N8 is the worst among Nokia phones that I had purchased. Not only did it tear my pocket but did a lot of harm on me and killed my piece of mind. Now my N8 is sitting in my Cupboard shelf idle. Thought of giving it off but nobody wants it. I suggest Nokia to stop producing Uganda stuff like the Nokia N8 and spoil their brand name. I am also writing this to let the readers know the Nokia N8 is not worth even a penny. Let me relate the hardships I had to go through once this toy stepped into my life.

I found that the 3.5mm audio jack on my Nokia N8 was not functioning out of the box just a week after the purchase of Nokia N8.I ran into the Nokia store to get a replacement and they denied any replacement and told me that they would fix it and asked me to come a week later. I got the N8 after a week and when I got the N8 it was nothing like the new one any more it looked like an N8 that has been roughly used. I was sad that I submitted cute N8 for losing its freshness and ever since then the phone had one or the other problem. The Nokia people literally f my phone and made it worthless like a whore.

After that I found that the phone would get hung almost every day and I had to restart it to bring it to life. I had felt, many a times to step into Nokia care and throw this stupid N8 on their face whenever it missed my important calls and the anger that I paid so much for this perfect toy "The N8". Readers don’t buy this and kill yourself, life would be better without it. I suggest you can go for HTC Vivid or Samsung Galaxy S2.I am going to tell all my friends on face book and let the other people know that the N8 is a total waste, before someone unknowingly buys it.

I request Nokia to stop production of this N8 and redesign the N8 if they can because the present N8 is good for nothing and If Nokia wants to take a look at consumer grievance like the one I have, I can demonstrate the defects that I have come across. So people like Elope can at least take up this challenge and make customers happy. I am not at all happy with the N8 and also the worst ever service carried on it.

I submitted the phone again due to the above said faults and after I got it, it is worse than ever now and the screw was loose at the bottom and now the case sometimes comes out and I do not have screw driver to tighten it and if I need to use the phone, I have to hold it tight in order for it to work. It is just ridiculous. Want a replacement from Nokia for any other Smartphone that works or a working Nokia N8 or I need my money back.

Consumer Court Sir please helps me since Nokia is not helping me. Now Nokia does not deserve any dignity. They have played me all these days and they need to be brought into trial. I have all the proof of purchase and whatever you need with me. So you can contact me by Email or by call.

Again my Nokia N8 is sitting with Nokia Care since 23rd April and Nokia has not taken any actions to help me. My phone is still on warranty and Nokia wants money from me again for the damages they made. This is not a good way to treat customers. Please sue Nokia for denying service to me.
