Overcharging and repeated delays

Dear sir,

I have submitted for repair on 21/JUL to Nokia care located at SHOP No. 5&6 Ploy NO. 135 Malviya nagar Bhopal, with relevant NCC No. 738_504876 with minor fault whereas my screen was in working condition. Sets IMEI NO. is 354863022403102 & product code is 0572321.

I was told subsequently that repair will cost including taxes will be Rs 6000/- appx to which I agreed with target delivery date of 24/JUL. Later on when I went to collect the set, the case of set was not changed and I was told to wait for another week. Then again I was told that new case cost will be additional to which again I agreed and yet I am waiting for the call to collect.

With no technical knowledge I percieve fraud on part of dealer or company whereas to make sure that no fraud is taking place I asked the care people to return the replaced part back whereas same request was denied and I was told that it is against company policy. With all due respect am I not the owner of the part or anything for which I am paying.

Anyways alike every Indians JAANEY BHEE DO YAAR POLICY I am still waiting for the call from repair centre. Last but not the least I was told that there is no gaurantee of set to work properly even after spending so much money. I wish I was told the same when I bought the set for 35500/- only.
