This is Chetan Chouhan. I purchased a Nokia handset model - N97mini from Spice Hotspot which is near Jwala Heri Market, Paschim Vihar, Delhi.
I purchased it in August at the end of Month.
And till now, I have given my handset 4 times for repair at the Nokia Care at Manav Communications, Pashim Vihar, Delhi.
During my 1st visit they repaired it at their center, but same day I called them and they told me I have to submit my phone. I did that and they sent it to their technical department for repair.
After 8-10 days, I got my cell back, but again after few days it started to create problem, and again I visited their and they repaired it by their own.
And again it started to create problem and they again told me I have to submit my cell and again I did that. I submitted my phone on 1st Dec.
Then to get the status of my complaint, I am calling them but no body is giving me exact status of my complaint.
I registered my comlaint on Nokia website on 2nd Dec and they sent me a mail that their team will respond to my query with 24hrs, and today is 4th Dec and no call no information.
I called up at 30303838 and registered so many complaints and spoke with many people but no answer.
When I told them that I want the replacement of my phone as it has been repaired for 4 times. Even after spending 18, 000 Rs why should I use that phone which is repaired for 4 times within 3-4 months.
