Re:- change of display of nokia5800 express music

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain tecnical problem.in above mention set which i bought in dec 19th from jammu, i put the set on charging and when i saw it after sometime the phone was switched off, and when i went to customer care center to show it they told me that its display is melted and u have to change it by ur own because its not in garantee. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, and i m using nokia since so many years, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted. one more thing which is very imp that when i went to ur customer care center they talk very rudely that we r not here to talk to u. and we can not repair ur set. sir i will wait for ur response.
