Frequent complaint in my Nokia 5800 mobile phone

Dear Sir,

I have a Nokia 5800 mobile phone. I purchased it for more than Rs18000/- from Chroma store (Centre Square) in Vadodara. I regret to inform that it has been giving me frequent complaints from long time now. Unfortunately, the complaints increased after the warranty expired. Writing to Nokia and talking to Nokia care shops did not help as they declared that since the mobile phone was not under warranty, all repair works will be charged.

In July I had to get the display replaced from authorized Nokia care shop. Nokia care shop gave a bill and said that warranty of this display was valid only for one month! It cost me Rs-.

In November I had to get the touchpad replaced, again from the same authorized Nokai care shop. This time also, they gave a bill and said that warranty of this touchpad will also be for one month. However with 2 days, the touchpad complaint resurfaced. This also cost me Rs-.

Above episodes have seriously dented the image of Nokia, Nokia products and Nokia service capability in my mind. Totally, I had to shell out Rs4000/- in addition to the purchase price exceeding Rs18000/-.
