Dear Sir/Mam,

I have Purchased a Nokia Mobile Set (Model No.-2690) last Aug.

The Warrenty Period has been completed in Aug.

Now, surprisingly, my mobile has stopped working just having passed a couple of the day after the completion of Warrenty Period.

I went through the NOKIA CARE, but they have declared this Mobile as DEAD because the installation of Software is not possible, now.

I am very much worried about this as I have lost all my Important Contacts, Messages etc.

I have purchased Nokia phone just because of its Reliability and Credibility as its World's known Brand.

I would appreciate, if you help me out of this problem as what I have to do..??
