I bought a nokia n73 handset in december There was a small problem in the handset arised in January I gave my phone for service at nokia care centre in panjagutta branch in Hyderabad. I went to take my handset after 1 week and observed that the problem is not rectified, I contacted manager and he asked me 15 days of time in order to replace a new handset. But till today (02 september) I dint get my handset back. I made thousands of calls and even went to the nokia care centre for more than 100 times but no one responded properly. At that time HCL Infosystems LMD was handling the contract of nokia service. Now they completely removed that care center from that place, HCL is now working on laptops at the same office, I also heared that all the people who are working there are transferred to different places, I dont know whom to ask now and i'm really worried, that phone was a gift to me and i'm very frustated with the service of nokia... Please help me regarding this issue, I still have the JobSheet and original BILL with me and i'm ready to file any case on NOKIA for getting my handset back, The price of that mobile was 16000 rupees when i bought it and its very expensive for a middle class family, Kindly respond and help me, I'll be waiting for your response.
