Denial to replace/ repair within warranty period

Sir,

I had bought a Nokia X2 mobile handset bearing IMEI no.354854045101427

on 11/02, which went off suddenly on 27/ 05 . Shortly afterwards I

took it to Nokia Care Centre Durgapur, who said some hardware problem

came and agreed to send it for solving the same (Job Sheet no.-863504886

/110527/19) After 10 days I was told that the warranty was void, as it was a case of

LIQUID DAMAGE.

The set has not been exposed to rain or even drizzle, or water. Only

perspiration can be suspected, which is very common to most of INDIAN

COMMON PEOPLE. My humble question is how an organisation can

market such product to drain money from our country? And a humble
