Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchase my Nokia X3 on 05/09 from Nokia Priority Dealer (Air Connect, Bangalore), within 2 days i come to know that there is problem in camera, i went to that shop again i tell them about camera problem, so want to check my cell but the battery was completely low, though last night i charge it completely, they ask me to keep cell in charging for 6 hour because it's a new mobile. that time i don't know that there is battery problem also. they replace my mobile because of camera problem, but they not replace battery and memory card. within 1 week i come to know that my cell have Zero battery backup, again i went to shop where i purchase this mobile but they said i have to go Nokia Service Center.
I went to Nokia Service Center (Star Electronics), they kept my mobile for 1 day & said there is Software problem in my mobile. After servicing problem was same. After 4 days i again went to Nokia Service Center (Star Electronics) they replace my battery and ask me to keep mobile in charging for 8 hour for 3 Days because it's a new battery, but after 4 days my the situation is still same.
I am struggling with this mobile like any thing. Now i don't know what to do, I can't struggle with this Zero Battery backup mobile. Can you please help me, can i get my money back. Pls contact me at [email protected]
